Hillary Clinton Diagnosed With Pneumonia, Doctor Says

Hillary Clinton ’s doctor said that she was diagnosed with pneumonia and has been advised “to rest and modify her schedule” after she left a 9/11 commemoration ceremony early on Sunday.

Her campaign released a statement from Dr. Lisa Bardack, who said that Clinton “has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during followup evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics and advised to modify her schedule. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely.”

Clinton returned to her home in Chappaqua on Sunday afternoon. Her campaign said that she left the event on Sunday because of overheating.

Clinton is scheduled to attend fundraisers in Los Angeles on Tuesday, including events at the home of Seth MacFarlane and another at the home of Barry Diller and Diane Von Furstenberg.
