Charreal Jackson Love and Relationship Editor of Essence Magazine and Producer Devon Franklin, (pictured) were among the speakers this past weekend at the T.D. Jakes 2015 Mega Fest & Family Film Festival in Dallas,Texas. Other participants included Tina Knowles Lawson, Tamar and Evelyn Braxton, Roland Martin, Tasha and Sidra Smith, Salli Richardson Whitfield and Jawn Murray.
Since its inception in 2014, Mega Fest has been a meeting place for diverse audiences from Atlanta, Georgia, to Johannesburg, South Africa, and has reached nearly 1 million people. This year’s list of events included Woman Thou Are Loosed, ManPower, Mega Youth presents Fire Code, and Mega Kidz presents Destiny World.
