NEW YORK, July 18, 2016 – Helen C. Shelton, M.S., and a senior partner at leading global PR agency Finn Partners will receive the 2016 Circle Award from ColorComm, the nation’s premier membership organization for women of color in communications. Shelton and six other women are being recognized for their contributions to the communications industry and for leading the way in their commitment to excellence and championing diversity. The ColorComm Circle Awards will be held during ColorComm’s annual C2 Conference at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield will keynote the Circle Award Ceremony. The ColorComm C2 Conference will be attended by nearly 400 women of color in communications. A founding board member of ColorComm, Shelton will be among the honorees and a featured speaker during the Conference.
