20 Seconds or More

What happens when old school rappers – led by Doug E. Fresh – team up with an Academy Award winner (Jamie Foxx), classic comedian (Cedric the Entertainer), American Idol winner (Jordin Sparks) and 30-plus top names in entertainment, sports and business to help spark a movement in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic? The answer: 20 Seconds Or More. This new song and star-studded music video is at the center of a national initiative from Hip Hop Public Health (HHPH) to harness the power of music to inspire young people to get behind the vital hand washing and other safety protocols mandated by the COVID crisis. Hip Hop Public Health was founded in Harlem 15 years ago by rap icon Doug E Fresh and Dr. Olajide Williams, head of neurology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
